PTFE flat washers
Rayflon manufactures & customs a wide range of PTFE Teflon® washers for any required sizes. Except common washers in simple round and square shapes, special custom configuration such as washers having numerous holes or shoulders are available as your requirements.
PTFE provides a low friction surface and offers good resistance to corrosion and most chemicals including acids, alkalis, fuel and oil.
Except standard white PTFE washers, others made of reinforced PTFE compounds can be supplied too.
Teflon® PTFE material comes from world famous brand Dupont, Daikin, 3M, 3F, Dongyue, etc.
Fillers type: Glass fiber, Carbon fiber, Bronze, Graphite, MoS2, PI, POB, Aromatic Polyester, Polypheylene Sulfide, etc.
All our seals are precision machined by CNC lathes controlling tolerance within the minimum range.
